Agreement to Terms

Content Ownership

License Granted to Aimailhub
By using Aimailhub's Services, users grant Aimailhub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license. This license allows Aimailhub to use, modify, and distribute the user-generated content. The purpose of this license is solely for providing and improving Aimailhub's Services.
User's Rights
This license in no way affects the user's rights to their content. Users can still exercise their ownership rights and use their generated content outside of the Aimailhub platform.

Users may not generate or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, or violates the rights of others. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
Unlawful, Offensive, or Threatening Content
Users are strictly prohibited from generating or transmitting content that is unlawful, offensive, or threatening. This includes but is not limited to content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Violation of Rights
Prohibited content extends to any material that violates the rights of others. This includes defamatory, discriminatory, or content infringing on intellectual property rights.
Aimailhub's Discretion
Aimailhub reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine what constitutes prohibited content. This includes the right to refuse, remove, or take any action deemed necessary against content that violates these terms.
Intellectual Property
Aimailhub and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Site and Services. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or Services without express written consent from Aimailhub.
